Together with Management Circle AG, cmm360 will then award the European Customer Champion 2024 at the CCW Congress in Berlin, honouring inspiring customer service champions who have implemented unique customer projects.

Submit your project for the EUROCC 2024
With which projects can you apply to the EUROCC? The main content of your projects can be, for example:
- Innovation focus employees: Realisation of an extraordinary personnel development concept or the successful implementation of New Work concepts.
- Innovation focus organisation: Comprehensive restructuring measure or a successful change management process
- Customer innovation focus: Innovative customer service campaign or measures to increase quality, accessibility and customer satisfaction
- Innovation focus digitalisation: A project for digital transformation
- Innovation focus AI: The successful introduction of an AI solution or the further development of an AI solution.
After the jury had put all the submitted projects through their paces, a shortlist was again given the opportunity to present their projects in a video call with the jurors.
The EUROCC 2023 jury consists of:

- Dirk Egelseer, President of the Call Center Verband Deutschland e.V.

- Pamela Siebenhandl, Head of Operation Service & Sales at we.dify
- Marco Kaiser, Head of Marketing & Communication at DPD (Switzerland)
On Tuesday, 27 February 2024, the nominees will then present their project in a 5-minute pitch on stage or via livestream at CCW in Berlin. Then the audience votes live and adds to the previous jury points. The total number of points then results in the 2024 winners.
