The new tool is being introduced in 40 countries to optimize workflows in sales, recruitment, and customer service. Following successful pilot projects in the United Kingdom and France, the technology is now being rolled out globally. The tool provides centralized access to data and improves the efficiency of 27,000 employees. It uses information from millions of interactions to support sales representatives and recruiters. The launch marks a significant step in the digital transformation.

The Adecco Group announced today the global launch of Agentforce Coworker in more than 40 countries, following the successful completion of a pilot program in the United Kingdom and France. Salesforce’s “AI teammate” for businesses—which is directly integrated into the platform and based on Anthropic’s Claude technology—supports workflows in sales, recruitment, and customer and candidate engagement. Today, Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group, will join Marc Benioff, Chairman and CEO of Salesforce—along with the CEOs of Anthropic, NVIDIA, and Siemens—to discuss human-centered AI during the Dreamforce keynote address.

Perpetual Agentforce 360 Enterprise Agreement

The Adecco Group has a perpetual Agentforce 360 Enterprise Agreement with Salesforce, which enables the company to scale agent-based AI across its global operations. In ten countries, which account for 50% of Adecco’s revenue, agent-based AI has already been deployed in recruitment processes. With the launch of “Coworker,” the agent-based AI infrastructure is now being expanded to the daily workflows of 27,000 employees. This gives employees centralized access to data, systems, and corporate knowledge that was previously spread across dozens of tools. Coworker will also draw on contextual information from more than 2.5 million interactions between consultants and candidates since April 2025. With Coworker, sales representatives and recruiters can identify high-priority prospects, create sales briefings, enrich prospect data, and view the status of leads across teams. Recruiters can also select candidates and initiate the pre-screening, recruitment, or onboarding process. Denis Machuel said:

“We are experiencing the biggest transformation of the workplace since the internet; we must equip our employees with technology and new ways of working.”

“Building on our successful ‘agentification’ in recruiting, the launch of Coworker means our teams have access to a single interface that understands candidate history and client context precisely when human judgment matters most.” “Our pilot project showed strong adoption within just a few days. This takes the pressure off our sales teams and recruiters, allowing them to focus on what only humans can do: engaging more deeply with candidates and clients.”
