Together with Management Circle AG, cmm360.ch will be awarding the European Customer Champion for the first time at the CCW conference in Berlin on 22 March 2022. This award recognizes inspiring customer service champions who have implemented unique customer projects.
Numerous innovative projects from Europe were submitted in the five categories:
- Innovation focus on employees: Realisation of an exceptional personnel development concept or the successful implementation of New Work concepts
- Innovation focus organisation: Comprehensive restructuring measure or a successful change management process
- Customer innovation focus: Innovative customer service campaign or measures to increase quality, availability and customer satisfaction
- Innovation focus digitisation: A project for digital transformation
- Innovation focus AI: The successful introduction of an AI solution or the further development of an AI solution
Now it's up to the seven judges to select the five nominees from the project submissions.

- Marco Kaiser, Head of Marketing & Communication at DPD Switzerland
The nomination
The jury puts the submitted projects through their paces – including by means of a video call with the applicants. The jury will nominate the best projects for a live pitch at CCW conference 2022 in Berlin.
The grand finale on the CCW conference stage
On Tuesday, March 22, 2022, starting at 4:30 pm, the five nominees will present their project in a 5-minute pitch live on stage or via streaming. The pitches can be in German or English. The audience will then also be able to vote live, and the result of this live voting will be included in the jury's overall assessment.
The winners of the European Customer Champions 2022 will then be announced live on the CCW conference stage at 6:00 p.m. following the presentation by Knut Kircher, former Bundesliga and Fifa referee, Head of Development Body-in-White / Interior / Passive Safety at Daimler AG!
